Thirteen Eighth Grade students from the Lab School were here with three of their Science teachers for a week of Winter Ecology. This is the sixth year the Lab School has been bringing students to the Kelly Campus.
Asked what makes the Lab School continue to bring students here, Becky Alberts, one of their Science teachers, quickly replied, “Experiential learning. Our school is all about learning through the arts. When we stood on the Taggart Lake Trail and learned about the geology of how the Tetons came to be, that experience deepened and reinforced what I have been teaching in the classroom.”
