Wednesday night, I played basketball. This was no easy task for a middle-aged woman who has not participated in an organized game since the days of Operation Desert Storm.
When one walks through the Journeys Middle School, there are many things worth stopping to inquire about. On any given day, students are enthusiastically engaged in projects involving everything from 17th century primary documents, measuring acceleration, creating commercials in Spanish using iPads, and conducting mathematic experiments focused on real world problems.
