Sous Chef: Kelly Campus of Teton Science Schools
Full time sous chef position working independently for chef/manager Wednesday through Saturday. Duties include but not limited to full production and service of hot breakfast, cold lunch, and hot dinner (all served buffet-style). Proficiencies in basic dessert preparation also required. This candidate is responsible for menu planning, recipe creation and working with food allergy issues and within budget.

Three to five years well-rounded culinary skills; great communication skills; front-of-the-house skills necessary as interfacing with guests is a regular occurrence.
Commensurate with experience.
