Journeys School is seeking a dynamic and energetic gifted and talented teacher for the 2012-13 school year to enhance our Advanced Learning Program. Previous experience in developing and implementing accelerated curriculum is required. Specific qualifications and interest in technology, math, writing, and science are desirable. Qualifications include an undergraduate degree (advanced degree preferred) in education, previous classroom experience, a demonstrated passion for teaching, superior communication skills, and an excellent work ethic. Successful candidates will have exceptional skills in collaboration, communication, leadership, initiative and building rapport with students in previous work environments.
