Journeys School is seeking a dynamic and energetic Mandarin Language teacher for the 2012-13 school year to develop a Mandarin Language after-school/weekend program. Previous experience in developing and implementing curriculum is required. Specific qualifications include excellent written and spoken Mandarin skills. Qualifications include an undergraduate degree (advanced degree preferred) in education, previous classroom experience, a demonstrated passion for teaching, superior communication skills, and an excellent work ethic. Successful candidates will have exceptional skills in collaboration, communication, leadership, initiative and building rapport with students in previous work environments.
