Journeys School is seeking a middle school/high school math teacher for the 2012-13 school year. Previous experience in developing and implementing a strong math curriculum is required. Specific qualifications and interest in technology and math are desirable. Qualifications include an undergraduate degree (advanced degree preferred) in mathematics and/or education, previous classroom experience, a demonstrated passion for teaching, superior communication skills, and an excellent work ethic. Successful candidates will have exceptional skills in collaboration, communication, leadership, initiative and building rapport with students in previous work environments.
