In addition to athletics offered through Teton County School District No. 1, there are opportunities to participate in athletics and activities offered through local clubs, private organizations and the Teton County Parks and Recreation Department. In order to participate in Jackson Hole Middle and High School athletics, students must:

1. Return the Sports Physical Form* to your coach

2. Familiarize yourself with the following forms:

         a. Journeys School Academic Eligibility Guidelines*

         b. Code of Conduct*

3. Sign the Acknowledgement of Policies Form* and return to your coach. This signifies that you are familiar with the Code of Conduct and the Journeys School Academic Eligibility Guidelines and will abide by these policies.
