B.S. Marine Biology

Four years after attending Jackson Hole Science Expeditions, Angie returns to TSS, with a degree in marine biology from the Autonomous University of Baja California Sur (AUBCS). She has been teaching math, chemistry and biology at the Academic Advisory Center since she was 15 years old. She has worked with the National Network of Youth Activities in Science and Technology, and the Ecology Project International Sciences Fairs, as an advisor to elementary and high school students. She also worked at the Natural History Museum of the AUBCS, teaching geological oceanography and biogeography lab classes. She has been a scout since 2006, and leads the community section for 14 to 18 year-old boys and girls. In her free time, you can find her reading adventure or romance books, listening to music or just having a good cup of coffee (or everything at once)!
