Carly Leandro

Carly recently graduated this May with a BA in Mathematics and Computer Science from Lewis and Clark college in Portland, Oregon. She grew up in southern California and has held a deep love and appreciation for nature throughout her life. Attending a Krishnamurti school for the majority of her childhood Carly experienced a variety of outdoor educational models in her own upbringing which fostered a passion for adventure and teaching. She considers her education to be the greatest gift she has received and feels her personal educational philosophy is both reflected in and will be strengthened by TSS place-based model. In her free time Carly loves dancing to bluegrass music, climbing rocks, jumping in cold water, and exploring outside as much as she can.
