Megan Lineweaver, a native Marylander, found her passion for the outdoors and exploration from family outings and camping trips. She is a 2017 graduate of Frostburg State University with a double major in Wildlife & Fisheries and Interpretive Biology & Natural History. She has lived on a barrier island off the coast of North Carolina performing shorebird surveys, spent a year at Glen Helen Outdoor Education Center in Ohio as a Naturalist Intern, worked for Maryland Department of Natural Resources as a seasonal Naturalist, and traveled to New Zealand to study abroad. She has taught at two outdoor schools and has five years of experience as a part-time climbing instructor. During her free time, Megan enjoys reading, kayaking, time with family, and exploring the outdoors.
