Pacific Lutheran University 2020, B.S. Geoscience

Natalie is excited to be a member of the 29th Graduate Cohort at Teton Science Schools. She is originally from Juneau, Alaska where her passion for the outdoors began at a young age. Since graduating from Pacific Lutheran University in 2020 with a degree in Geoscience, she completed a term with AmeriCorps on an all women’s trail crew in Missoula, Montana. Following that summer she moved to Jackson, Wyoming where she worked as a ski instructor at Snow King Mountain and as a summer instructor for Coombs Outdoors. She is passionate about getting more people into the outdoors and helping youth gain confidence through outdoor recreation. She is eager to grow as an outdoor educator through her time at Teton Science Schools. In her free time, you can find her hiking in the mountains, skiing, fishing, swimming in the nearest body of water, and exploring new places!
