9th-11th Grade Spring Journey
The high school spring journey for students in grades 9-11 will take place May 30 – June 2 in and around Lander, WY. The purpose of the spring journey is for students to develop a better understanding of their place, specifically one of Wyoming’s towns. The title of the journey is “Voices of Lander: A Study in Sustainability”. We will depart Journeys School at 8:45 am, Tuesday, May 30. Students need a field lunch for Tuesday. We will return around 2:00 pm on Friday, June 2, and will dismiss at 3:30. Click here for a detailed letter about the journey, including the packing list.

Senior Capstone Journey - Costa Rica
This Friday the senior class and science faculty Amanda, will depart Jackson for a ten day journey to Costa Rica. As a capstone journey, the trip to Costa Rica is meant to serve as a culminating experience for students. This final journey will challenge students to apply knowledge and skills learned throughout their tenure at Journeys including: Spanish speaking, ecological understandings, and expedition mentality. For those interested, Journeys School contracts out to a travel company started and still run by former teachers. Here is the link to the Chill Expeditions website outlining the senior experience.
