Please see below for changes to the bus routes. We are eliminating two morning stops because they are not being used, and adding one stop by request. If you have any concerns about these changes, please contact Sam at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Morning Town Route: Eliminating the Albertsons and Center for the Arts pick-up stops
Afternoon South Town Route: Adding a stop at Smith's (approximate drop-off time 3:58)
Re-enrollment Forms Due
Enrollment paperwork for current families was due February 9. If you have not turned in your paperwork and 10% deposit, please contact Warren Samuels at email@example.com or (307) 732-7745 for an extension.
Robotics Team Moves on to Super Regionals in California!
Last week the Journeys High School Robotics Team traveled to Casper, Wyoming for the 2015 Wyoming State FIRST Tech Challenge Robotics Championships, and brought home trophies for several competition categories including the Connect Award for their efforts to spread awareness about the dangers of texting and driving, the Promote Award for producing this film: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNg_r1ZDAVc, and second place in the Inspire Award, earning them an invitation to the super regionals in Oakland, California on March 25! If you see any of the Robotics students (pictured below in high school announcements) be sure to congratulate them!
PARENT COUNCIL PRESENTS! Internet Safety Presentation “Raising Media Smart Kids”

Light refreshments will be served. Please join us for this free presentation, which will include information on Internet Safety, Cyber Bullying, Digital Citizenship, and how to keep your children safe while on the Internet. Presentation by the Teton County Library, co-sponsored by Journeys School.

“The Mask You Live In” Documentary Screening

Appropriate for age 16+. This critically-acclaimed film was screened at the Center for the Arts this past fall. As indicated by Journeys’ Parents interest, Journeys School is pleased to offer this screening of “The Mask You Live In”. The film follows boys and young men as they struggle to stay true to themselves while negotiating America’s narrow definition of masculinity. Be a classroom observer to get a sense of what life will be like for your student next year! We encourage parents to sit in on classes, check out the work displayed around the classrooms and talk with teachers and students (in between classes, of course). All visits will start in the Journeys School office, please schedule by appointment with Warren Samuels at (307) 732-7745 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Parent volunteers are encouraged to assist with community lunch. To volunteer, please arrive in the dining lodge at 11:40 am. All lunches include garden fresh salad, orange slices, cookies and milk.
