Thank You
Thank you to all of the parents who attended parent/teacher conferences last week. We had an excellent turn out and appreciate the time everyone took to learn more about their child's high school experience. Thank you to everyone who provided snacks and drinks. Special thanks to Coleen Regan for providing food as well as organizing the snack brigade!

11/12 Biology Ecological Scientific Research
For the past two weeks 11th and 12th grade students have been working on independent research projects studying the ecology of Coyote Canyon. Broadly, students are collecting and analyzing data in order to compare the hillslopes in the canyon. Knowing that slope aspect is the driving force behind the differences in vegetation of the hillslopes, students have collected data soil moisture, plant species diversity, soil pH, soil texture/type, and various other variables. Continuing for the next two weeks, students will begin to process their data and synthesize their findings.
