9/10 Sustainable Cemetery Design Project Presentations
Thursday, January 26, 1:00pm

The 9th and 10th grade students have been working on a design project in their English and chemistry classes addressing a local need. Students have been tasked with designing a sustainable cemetery, to address the challenge of finite space in Jackson Hole, investigating potential alternative designs that meet the community's future need for respectful memorials to the deceased and for sustainable methods of human remains disposal. On the afternoon of Thursday, January 26th, the students will be presenting their sustainable cemetery designs to a panel of local officials and parents are invited to attend. The presentations will be taking in the high school beginning at 1:00pm. Please RSVP to Amanda or Matt if you plan on attending.
