Thank you for sending your child to school with lots of layers for rain, wind, and snow. We go outside everyday in all kinds of weather and it is important to have everyone be prepared. Soon, when snow is on the ground, we will ask everyone to have the Big 5: boots, coat, hat, gloves, and snow pants. Please keep this in mind for journeys next week, too.
Thank you for returning your journey forms as soon as possible. If you did not receive a journey packet with a participation form, please contact your child's advisor and we will get it sent home right away. You can also check our general information page on Haiku. Journeys are next Thursday and Friday!
Field Day Design Project
Students accomplished great design thinking and service on Monday during our Field Day. Trails were rehabilitated, grass and wildflowers planted, and weeds pulled. Thank you to our parent and grandparent participants and to the elk refuge for donating grass seed.
Jackson Hole Wild
Check out the Wild Festival that starts next week: http://www.jhwild.org/wild-fest.html. We will be interacting with some of the experts and film makers so stay tuned for more information!
Thank you to the Putnams and Nydams for playground donations. Thank you to Amy, Nadia, Kate, and Grandpa Bob for helping out on our Field Day. Please use the following link for sign up to help with weekly Friday snacks and rag cleaning (from our hands to work effort throughout the week). http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080d48aeac29a02-parent
