One Mission, Multiple Locations

Teton Science Schools runs programming throughout the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. We operate campuses in Jackson Hole, Grand Teton National Park, and Teton Valley, Idaho and travel to Yellowstone National Park. Each of our locations offers access to wilderness and unique educational experiences.

Jackson Hole

The Jackson Campus of Teton Science Schools sits on nearly 900-acres just two miles outside of the historic town of Jackson, Wyoming. The campus serves the educational needs of students of all ages and is home to an independent pre-k through grade 12 school (Mountain Academy), central administration, AmeriCorps service members, visiting school and youth groups, educator workshops and community events.

Teton Valley

Our Teton Valley Campus is located in Victor, Idaho. The ten-acre campus includes segmented buildings for PreK-Grade 8 students, outdoor recreation space, a library yurt, a greenhouse and a farm.

Grand Teton National Park

We have two campuses located within Grand Teton National Park: The Murie Ranch and the Kelly Campus. The Murie Ranch, birthplace of the conservation movement, is open to the public for daily tours and year-round visitation. The Kelly Campus is home to our Graduate Program and hosts visiting schools and summer camps. Both campuses are available for events.

Many of our programs travel to Yellowstone National Park, located just over an hour’s drive north from Jackson Hole, Wyoming. TSS offers opportunities to explore Americas’s first national park with wildlife tours, school and youth programs and through our partnership with Road Scholar
