Are you looking for adventure? Inspiration? Challenge? Come explore the wilderness of Jackson Hole. Build connections with the land and your peers while hiking, canoeing and backpacking through the Tetons and Yellowstone. You will develop your outdoor and naturalist skills as you navigate the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. This course includes lodging at the Kelly Campus in Grand Teton National Park, 3 nights camping in the Jackson Hole backcountry, and 4 nights frontcountry camping. Prior to attending camp, students must submit the student questionnaire and have a teacher submit a recommendation. This allows us to get to know you before camp begins! A completed credit form and travel form are also required prior to camp.
Week 1: July 6-10 – Welcome and orientation, Building Your Team, Introduction to Place
Week 2: July 11-17 – Backcountry Camping Trip, Canoeing, Wildlife Museum
Week 3: July 18-24 – Frontcountry Camping Trip & Celebration of Learning
