Malone Scholarship

Scholarship for Grades 7-10

Please Note: All Malone Scholarship Awards for the 2020/21 school year have been allocated

Mountain Academy is proud to be one of 50 schools in America who are part of the Malone Scholarship Program. The Malone Family Foundation was founded in 1997 by Dr. John C. Malone, a well-known communications and media executive and investor, and his family, with one principal objective: to improve access to quality education for gifted students who lack the financial resources to best develop their talents.

The Malone Family Foundation funds scholarships for identified talented and gifted students with financial need on our Jackson campus.

"The more information parents have about a child's potential, actual levels of performance, learning behaviors, and personal attitudes, the more relevant and effective will be the plan generated."
Karen B. Rogers, Ph.D. ~ Re-Forming Gifted Education
