Independent School Integration
In October 2018, Teton Science Schools began the process of integrating Journeys School (Jackson campus) and Teton Valley Community School (Teton Valley campus) into one independent school serving grades Pre-K through 12. The operation of one school across two campuses will improve learning opportunities for students, invest in faculty recruitment and retention, and further Teton Science Schools’ position as a national leader in place-based education.
The ability to learn how to critically think, work as a team, collaborate with people, and interact with stakeholders is something that's really critical in today's educational environment. We know that when we send our kids off to school, they're going to be loved, well taken care of, educated, and nurtured, and that makes us feel really comfortable as parents.Matt Zeleznik, Jackson Campus Parent
