Texas teachers: Reconnect to what you love about teaching by connecting students to their school, community, and world! Join LBJ National Historical Park, the Cibolo Center for Conservation, and Teton Science Schools for a workshop focused on place-based education. This two-day workshop will provide teachers with the chance to: develop TEKS-aligned, place-based lessons they can use with their students; network with other teachers and support each other; and discuss the unique challenges and opportunities of place-and nature-based teaching in their communities.
