“Our experience with Teton Science Schools (TSS) could not have been better. Our guide, Tyler was exceptionally knowledgeable on the subject of the Yellowstone hydrothermal features, the local geology, birds, mammals and plants! He was polite, personable, easy to talk to, answered our questions fully and completely. The food provided for snacks and lunch was very good! We were treated to lunch in a heated yurt with a picnic table and table cloth. I cannot recommend a trip of any sort with TSS more highly. We will do this again for sure.”

“Our day-long adventure with Mike Rowell was outstanding! With the Teton Mountains gleaming throughout our day, we saw a moose (very close to the road), a bald eagle, bison, deer, elk at a distance, mountain goats, coyote, and deer! We missed only bears; they were hibernating! Mike was a great wildlife spotter. He was kind and solicitous of our needs. At each major stop, he set up two powerful scopes that provided excellent viewing (at a distance, as required by park regulations, in order to leave the animals undisturbed in their natural habitats). Mike and his TSS colleagues were in radio contact and could one another to the right spot to view our Moose!”

“Kevin was a wonderful guide who drove us around Jackson Hole Valley, in a cozy van in the middle of February, to all the best wildlife viewing spots. With his expertise, plus handy radio communication with fellow guides in the area, we were able to see a Moose, Bison, coyote, and Big Horn Sheep all within a couple of hours. It was the perfect amount of time with young kids, and not so early, 8 to noon. Especially if you want to see more wildlife and question whether going on an all day ride to Yellowstone to see possibly no wildlife and just Old Faithful is the best idea. Coffee, hot cocoa and snacks were a nice treat.”
