Brooke Amen serves as the Director of Human Resources at Teton Science Schools, where she supports the people and culture behind the mission. Her connection to TSS began early in her career as a Storer Scholar, an experience that helped shape her love for experiential learning, outdoor education, and the beautiful places we are lucky enough to call home.
Brooke brings a background in education, nonprofit work, talent development, and cross-cultural learning. She has taught and supported educational programs in the United States, Nepal, New Zealand, Guatemala, and Peru, working alongside children, teachers, and community-based organizations to expand access to meaningful learning opportunities. These experiences deepened her belief in the power of education to connect people to place, community, and possibility.
Brooke is an alumna of the University of Wyoming and a SHRM Certified Professional. She is passionate about creating supportive, people-centered workplaces where employees feel trusted, valued, and connected to the mission of their work. Outside of work, Brooke loves skiing, fly fishing, hiking, traveling, and spending time in wild places.
