Treasure Hunt 2011: The 34th Annual Teton Science Schools Summer Fundraising Auction, August 20th

Save the Date! We hope you will all join us to support Teton Science Schools on Saturday, August 20th, from 2:00-5:00pm at the Jackson Campus for the 34th Annual Teton Science Schools’ Summer Fundraising Auction. This year’s theme will be “Treasure Hunt 2011.” All kinds of treasure await at this free, family-oriented community gathering—don’t miss it! We are currently accepting donations of your auction-worthy furniture, art, and children’s items for our silent auction, as well as homestays and unique experiences for the always-exciting live portion of the auction! We will provide you with a tax donation letter in return for your generosity. Please call Maggie Schilling at 734-3728 or email maggie.schilling@tetonscience.org with any questions or to schedule a pick-up.

All proceeds from the auction go towards Teton Science Schools’ place-based educational programs for local students and kids from across Wyoming. Local businesses and families have already generously contributed to our silent auction, from yoga classes at Akasha Yoga and raft trips with Barker-Ewing, to beautiful furniture and pieces of art. Our live auction will include getaways both near and far, from a trip to Costa Rica to see nesting sea turtles with Ecology Project International, to a winter snowcoach adventure in Yellowstone with Xanterra Resorts! Come and enjoy great food, music, and the company of good friends at this free, fun community event. See you on Saturday, August 20th here at the Jackson Campus of Teton Science Schools for “Treasure Hunt 2011!”
