Olivia Pax

Olivia grew up in Madison, WI, and discovered her love for the outdoors and the environment by exploring the vast lakes and woodlands back home. She attended and graduated from the University of Utah with an HBS in Environmental & Sustainability Studies in 2025. She also completed a minor in Earth Sciences, along with a minor program in Ecology and Legacy, where she traveled to Kenya to learn more about local ecosystems and land management practices. She has worked in after-school and outdoor education programs in Salt Lake City and completed an undergraduate thesis about educator responses to air quality education in Salt Lake. She joined TSS because she believes that the outdoors is a valuable space for everyone, and with the hopes of inspiring the next generation of environmental stewards. In her free time, Olivia enjoys being outdoors and active by climbing, hiking, running, and anything else that keeps her moving. Alternatively, she can be found enjoying copious amounts of iced coffee while hunting down new records and books to add to her library.
