Student Projects

We are continually updating our database of high-quality community impact projects from Place Network students across the country.

Place Network Schools also receive access to an online database of hundreds of projects, activities, and units, with filters for grade, content, place-based principle, time, and more.

Grow Outside

We are excited to announce the launch of Grow Outside: A Social and Emotional Learning Toolkit for Residential Environmental Learning Centers. This website is the result of a year-long partnership of residential environmental learning centers, convened by NatureBridge of which Teton Science Schools took part, to develop common language and tools for the field of environmental education. The need for the skills strengthened by social and emotional learning—empathy, respect for difference, communication skills—has been even more pronounced. We hope the Toolkit will help our educational community to continue to grow and strive to do better. That work takes all of us.

Research and Program Evaluation
