Hannah grew up in the coastal and mountain ecosystems of Maine. Some of her favorite childhood memories are watching loons and moose while canoeing on lakes, and wading through mud to explore the inter-tidal, estuary habitats. This love of place drove Hannah to study Environmental Studies and Geography at Middlebury College, and to earn an MBA in Sustainable Business from Green Mountain College. Since 2012, Hannah’s work at Teton Science Schools has ranged from instructing visiting students on the Jackson Campus to teaching Kindergarteners on the Teton Valley Campus, to, since 2016, connecting people to TSS and place-based education on the Development Team. As Mountain Academy’s Director of Development, Hannah is excited to get to know each family and build a strong culture of support for our students, faculty and innovative programs.
