Jordan Nobler

Jordan is an educator, administrator and scientist who believes that first-hand experiences in the natural world and opportunities to explore one’s community are crucial in creating leaders capable of meeting the challenges of our world. As a teacher, he tries to use the excitement of scientific inquiry and personal discovery to instill and nurture curiosity in his students. He has taught field-based science and human history in California, high school physics in Connecticut, and college-level animal physiology in Idaho while helping elementary through college-aged students participate in “real” scientific research. He is also passionate about coaching developing educators and enjoys the opportunity to help graduate students, field educators, and AmeriCorps volunteers hone their crafts at Teton Science Schools.
