Leah Corrigan

Leah K. Corrigan, Esq. is a Partner at Moffett & Corrigan LLP and a civil litigation attorney with experience representing clients in high-stakes matters including multi-million-dollar fiduciary litigation, wrongful death lawsuits, and large real estate and land use disputes. She is also the founder and managing attorney at Recreation Law Group. Leah is admitted to the bar in five states, practices law in state, federal, and appellate courts, and enjoys an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Leah is a frequent presenter, speaker and writer on legal issues impacting the outdoor recreation industry, and has significant experience advising organizations and companies engaged in outdoor education and recreation on risk management. Leah has served on various boards including LEAP (Life Expanding Adventures Program) and Habitat for Humanity for the Greater Tetons. She has experience as professional multi-day wilderness river guide, and has been trained in Wilderness First Response, Swiftwater Rescue, and Avalanche Level II. Most importantly, Leah is a parent to current 5th Grader, Colby, and 3rd Grader, Owen, on our Teton Valley Campus.
