Roisin Creedon-Carey

Roisin Creedon-Carey grew up in Plattsburgh NY and graduated from St. Lawrence University in 2023. From this institution Roisin received a degree in environmental studies with minors in geology and outdoor studies. Working closely with their advisor, Roisin’s studies focused on recreation ethics and planning. While working in the outdoor industry, Roisin developed a passion for place based learning and teaching. Roisin was drawn to the TSS AmeriCorps position because of the educational and community oriented opportunities. They can not wait to develop a sense of place while learning, growing, and teaching in Jackson Hole. In their free time, you can find them listening to The Daily, reading, knitting (poorly), canoeing, going on long walks, and baking.
